Clymene Christoforou has been connecting artists and organisations internationally for more than 20 years, producing artwork, conferences and opportunities for creative exchange. From the intimate to the spectacular, the work she's interested in reveals what is hidden and shares the familiar, drawing threads between communities and across neighbourhoods and continents.
She is a founder member and director of ISIS Arts and its current 'Corners' project works with 11 European partners and 55 artists and is supported by one of the larger European Commission Creative Europe grants. Clymene is a strong believer in the value of networking and an executive committee member of Culture Action Europe, the political platform for culture based in Brussels.
Clymene is interested in developing collaborative projects and supporting the independent arts to contribute to international debate, and she's very much looking forward to spending time in Ukraine.
