Updated on 3 April.

Our office is currently closed to the public, due to the national quarantine, until 24 April, 2020.

Our teaching and exams activities, along with our cultural work, will be affected as follows:

As an alternative to face-to-face lessons, we are making our classes available online in the form of teacher-led virtual classes where you can study with your classmates in real time.

All our young learners now have the possibility to join virtual classes on our English Online platform. Our adult students are continuing their studies under myFoundation and My Class in virtual classes on a Zoom platform.

Our IELTS preparation courses are also taking place in virtual classrooms. You can receive a virtual consultation and join our virtual classes in either of the two courses that are due to start on 7 and 11 April 2020.

We encourage you to check your email inbox regularly, where we will send all the access details for our classes and learning resources online.

For our Young Learners and myFoundation students we plan to recommence delivering face-to-face English lessons as soon as the quarantine measures are lifted and we will extend our academic year to make up for the period of quarantine. We have extended the expiry date for My Class packages for five weeks.

Make the most of your time at home and try out our online resources to further your English skills. We have put together a collection of resources for kids, teenagers and adult learners

We plan to resume IELTS and Aptis testing as soon as the quarantine measures are lifted. All candidates who were planning to take either of these tests between 17 March and 24 April 2020 will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

New test dates and locations will be arranged in May and June to cover for those tests cancelled due to the Covid-19 quarantine. Please monitor our website regularly to find the most suitable date for you.

In the meantime, start preparing for your IELTS test with a range of free resources from the British Council. We have put together free online resources, and we also invite you to take part in our free series of webinars. You can also join our IELTS preparation courses which we now deliver in virtual classrooms.

We have had to postpone or cancel all of our programme activities for the duration of the quarantine. We are developing a number of online formats so that we can continue some of our programme activities online.

While staying at home, you can explore the arts online. Just tap into our online arts resources we have gathered here.

If you would like to receive updates on our work in teaching, exams and across our programme areas, please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on our social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.

We are delivering consultations for Parents of Young Learners and Adults via the phone and/or Internet (Online Zoom call). Currently you can book consultations here.

We continue to monitor the situation very closely and will be back in touch with further information and ideas for how you can continue your studies during this break.
