The British Council in Kyiv is looking for Early Years Teachers of English to deliver quality English language teaching to very young learners (children from 2 to 6 years old) as part of the British Council Ukraine teaching team. Teachers will work on a freelance basis. 

We are looking for people with a YL Early Years Extension and with experience working in kindergartens. If, however, you do not have this, we are able, depending on quality of applicant, to sponsor you on Nile’s Teaching English to Pre-Primary learners course.

Role overview

Basic Requirements

All applicants should have CELTA as a basic qualification and at least two years teaching children. In addition, you should have an undergraduate degree; and be proficient in English (minimum of CPE Pass / IELTS band 8). Experience of working in kindergartens (teaching English to early years YL) is a plus.
