Established in 2015, the Fashion DNA Ukraine programme has committed itself to identifying, supporting and equipping emerging Ukrainian talent in fashion and design. We put Ukrainian designers and creatives together with leading UK industry mentors resulting in a dynamic mix of cultures and some startling collaborations. With each new year the programme focuses on a particular challenge faced by Ukrainian designers who, together with their new British colleagues, go about resolving it.
In 2017-2018 Fashion DNA Ukraine has focused on providing emerging Ukrainian designers with professional education and skills in the area of sales, particularly e-commerce. They are then guided in applying this knowledge in a digital creative economy project. UK experts and creatives are involved at each project stage - from selection to the digital launch.
