Best Employer Award
For the second year running, the British Council Ukraine won an Equal Opportunities Best Employer 2011 in the annual national competition run by the EU delegation and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
This was achieved with our high international employment standards, Equal Opportunities and Diversity policy, gender equality policy and comfortable working conditions for families with children.

In 2016 the British Council took the 5th place in the ranking of the most attractive employers in Ukraine according to the " Novoye Vremya " magazine. Rating of 20 best employers is based on the research of international company Korn Ferry Hay Group. Almost 700 experts have determined where Ukrainians want to work and where are the best opportunities for personal and career growth.
8th place in the Ukrainian version of the world's Most Admired Companies
The British Council took the 8th place in the ranking of the top 20 Ukrainian companies where young and ambitious Ukrainians want to work with. The survey was conducted by the international company Hay Group and included 573 Ukrainian and international companies operating in Ukraine. The results of the study indicate that the work in the British Council is the key to a successful career and the realization of professional and creative potential of employees.
