The third edition of International Festival of Film and Urbanism was named “86: Generation Circle”. The topic of  this year‘s forum refers to the anniversary of the explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and suggests exploring it in the context of time, memory, generation gap and dialogue among representatives of different generations.

The festival will be opened with a documentary “The Babushkas of Chernobyl” directed by Holly Morris. The programme itself will feature this year’s landmark documentaries.
