This special project by the LINOLEUM festival, developed in partnership with Sense Research, serves as a practical guide for those entering the animation industry. Based on research conducted in 2025, the publication covers four essential areas: an overview of educational opportunities in Ukraine, an analysis of salaries and work formats, a legal handbook (covering everything from copyright to AI), and a guide to international pitching forums.

The report presents the findings of a comprehensive study of the city's cultural landscape, conducted by the NGO ‘Kultura Medialna’ in 2025. The project was initiated in response to the challenges posed by the full-scale war and the urgent need for a systematic approach to urban development. The report includes an analysis of municipal cultural institutions and the results of a survey among residents regarding their current cultural needs. The publication offers strategic recommendations for transforming municipal cultural spaces into modern creative hubs and for developing a resilient cultural strategy for Dnipro.
