Development and implementation of a mechanism for evaluating educational programmes with application to internal systems of quality assurance
The team of Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University visited Anglia Ruskin University from 5 to11 December 2016. During the visit, an agreement of cooperation between the universities was signed. Meetings with representatives of Anglia Ruskin University helped the delegation to get a clear vision of an effective quality assurance system of a leading university. The insights formed the basis of the model of quality assurance system for Drohobych University.
While in the UK, the Programme participants also met with experts from the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education who provided advice on establishing a university’s quality assurance system as well as gave their recommendations for developing a development strategy for Drohobych University.
