Open call for Youth Councils Training

The British Council is looking for a Ukraine-based delivery partner organisation(s) who will work together with the British Council's programme team to ensure the high-quality development and delivery of the whole training programme and administration and social action projects developed by participating representatives of youth councils delivery through January-February 2021. 

Eligible organisations for this call will be Ukraine-based civil society organisations, youth councils' networks, educational organisations or individual entrepreneurs with expertise and track record of running online capacity-building programmes and with an understanding of youth councils context in Ukraine. Applications can be submitted by a group – a delivery partner working together with an external thematic expert.  

Programme Timetable 

Start of applications submission 24 November 2020 
Deadline for applications 8 December 2020
Notification of Selection results 14 December 2020
Content development for the training programme  December 2020 – January 2021 
Delivery of the training programme  January-February 2021 
Narrative and financial reporting by 31 March 2021 

Proposals must be submitted via online form no later than 23:59 Kyiv time on 8 December 2020.

Requests for clarification about any aspects of this call may be sent to activecitizens@britishcouncil.org.ua no later than 23:59 Kyiv time on 29 November 2020. Questions submitted which are of general interest will be published on the British Council website, in anonymised form, together with the British Council's answers, on 2 December 2020.

Conflict of interest

Candidates must confirm in their cover letters that there is no conflict of interest related to the training of Active Citizens facilitators or any other personal or professional circumstances that may give rise to a conflict of interest. If a conflict of interest is identified that was not reported at the time of application, the Master Facilitator will be removed from the Active Citizens programme pool. 

 

All candidates who will be selected in this call must sign a form confirming that they have no conflict of interest.
