The British Council in Ukraine is organising a study visit to Czechia for participants of the Youth Connect for Ukraine programme to meet peer youth leaders and see how youth policy is delivered in a European context.

Locations: Jihlava and Prague
Dates (including travel): 15-21 March 2026

What is in the agenda

  • networking with Ukrainian and Czech youth leader
  • taking part in public events and open discussions
  • meetings with representatives of international institutions and youth policy experts
  • a cultural programme and a deeper introduction to the context of Czech cities

Conditions of participations

Participation is free of charge.
The organisers cover accommodation, meals, travel, the learning programme and all necessary materials. Applicants are only required to submit an application.

How to apply

  1. Provide a certificate confirming completion of the Youth Connect for Ukraine programme
  2. Submit the application via the link by 23 February 2026

Key eligibility requirements

  • Age: women aged 18-35, men aged 1822
  • A valid international passport is required
  • Men must have up-to-date military registration documents
  • English level: B2 or above

Places are limited, so early applications are recommended.

Selected participants will receive confirmation by email.

The study visit to Czechia is organised by the British Council in partnership with the NGO Misto Aktyvnykh Hromadian (City of Active Citizens) and the NGO Khorobre Pokolinnia (Brave Generation).
