Young people aged 16 to 25 from the Haivoron community are invited to join the offline training held as part of the Youth Connect for Ukraine project. The training is organised by the British Council in Ukraine in partnership with the Sustainable Development Agency “Khmarochos” NGO.
Across five dynamic days of training, participants will enhance their leadership and communication skills, learn how to design and implement social initiatives, and build effective community networks and partnerships. They will also have the opportunity to receive mentor and financial support of up to UAH 20,000 to turn their social initiatives into real change in their community.
The training welcomes proactive and motivated young people from Haivoron who are eager to drive positive change in their community. If you have creative ideas and are looking for like-minded peers to bring them to life, this is your chance to take part. Your initiative could be the spark that inspires lasting transformation.
The number of places is limited. Participants will be provided with meals and all necessary materials for a comfortable and rewarding learning experience.

Youth Connect for Ukraine aims to support young Ukrainians to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives now, wherever they are living. It aspires to support young people, including women, girls and those from disadvantaged groups affected by the war in Ukraine, to have the skills and motivation to build connections in their local context and influence their own future and their communities.
The programme includes a series of specialised training sessions and activities aimed at strengthening leadership qualities, essential in times of crisis, and fostering civic engagement among young people. It is a space where a new generation learns to lead, act and transform the world around them.
